Went with my mom to attend our late neighbor’s military honors memorial service at El Camino Memorial Park.

Work And Play At The Zoo

First I met with Rick, the San Diego Zoo Ambassador, to talk about his interest in one of my pictures.

Then I walked around taking pictures, with an emphasis on the gorillas because of yesterday’s passing of 45-year old Alvila.

Blue Angels Practicing In The Rain

Stood outside in a light rain twice, each time for about fifteen minutes, to watch the Blue Angels practice for this weekend’s Miramar Air Show. Clouds looked really nasty.

Inglorious Movie Night

Watched this at the Tapias’ house. The movie was expectedly over-the-top gory at times, well-acted, visually really well done, but could have been half an hour shorter.
