Handled Some Viennese’s Ball

For the second year in a row I captained the kitchen duty at the San Diego Vintage Dance Society‘s Viennese Nights Grand Ball in Balboa Park. Started out a bit nightmarish but steadily got better throughout the evening. Who knew that upper-crusters could be so ravenous?

  1. It was fun hanging out with Rose again. If I do this again next year I’ll try not to sweat quite as much.
