Neighbor’s Runoff = Second Suck Of The Day

Our neighbor across the street knocked on our door to let us know water was streaming down our driveway into the street. Turned out to be our next door neighbors who overfilled (on a cold, rainy day) their pool and the runoff poured into our side yard, out under a gate and down our driveway.
