This year, along with the usual bird displays and presentations, the Zoo incorporated the military&#8217;s version of flight into it&#8217;s displays, including the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.public.navy.mil\/airfor\/centennial\/Pages\/welcome.aspx\" target=\"_blank\">Centennial of Naval Aviation<\/a> and volunteers from the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.midway.org\/\" target=\"_blank\">USS Midway<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>( f l i g h t \u00a0 p i c s )<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Took my mom to the San Diego Zoo this morning on the first day of it&#8217;s now annual Festival of Flight days.
