Started out the day meandering through the streets of downtown San Diego looking for off-site Comic Con venues. Then met up with Lisa at the SyFy Channel’s Caf\u00e9 Diem on Fifth Street for breakfast. We got lucky and we were able to sit outside and people watch as we ate. Spent the entire rest of the day walking the exhibit hall and upper levels taking pictures and talking to “celebrities.” Chatted with Dick DeBartolo, MAD’s maddest write as well as The Giz Wiz, Lee Meriwether who, among many other roles, played Catwoman in the original Batman TV series, Clare Kramer who played Glory on Buffy the Vampire Slayer, April Wahlin who is the new Elvira, actress Teresa Ganzel who’s been in dozens of TV shows, and Cindy Morgan who starred in Caddyshack and the original Tron. Every single one of them was wonderfully friendly.<\/p>\n
