Sumter<\/a>, cosmonaut Yuri Gagarin<\/a> became the first human to orbit our planet in 1961, in 1945 Franklin D. Roosevelt<\/a> died in office, The Space Shuttle Columbia<\/a> lifted off in 1981 on the very first Shuttle mission, Disneyland Paris<\/a> opens (under the name Euro Disney Resort) in 1992, and Tiny Tim<\/a> is born in 1932 to questioningly tiptoe through our auditory tulips.<\/p>\n
