For my milestone 500th blog post, I took my mom to see the baby hippo, now six days old, at the San Diego Zoo. Got extremely lucky that Funani, the mother, decided to move out of the water \u00a0and onto the dirt. That gave everyone who waited a chance to clearly see the calf.<\/p>\n
