Went with the Tapias to the Del Mar Fairgrounds’ 1.5 mile-long “Holiday of Lights<\/a>” display for my very first time. It turned out to be a bit of a disappointment. We weren’t very close to the displays and wanting to take pictures was made more difficult with all the signs telling us not to stop. Plus they didn’t let us go around a second time. Some of the displays were cute, but most were a kind of weak.\u00a0Best part was driving through a short lit tunnel, and that was just strings of\u00a0non-animated\u00a0lights.\u00a0It wasn’t what we were expecting. At $14 per car, I wouldn’t recommend it.<\/p>\n
