{"id":13441,"date":"2012-11-10T14:00:57","date_gmt":"2012-11-10T22:00:57","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.pacsworlds.com\/blogs\/?p=13441"},"modified":"2012-11-11T12:40:47","modified_gmt":"2012-11-11T20:40:47","slug":"veterans-day-salute","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.pacsworlds.com\/blogs\/2012\/11\/10\/veterans-day-salute\/","title":{"rendered":"Veterans Day Salute"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Just like last year, I was lucky enough to capture the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sandiegosalute.org\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\">San Diego Salute<\/a> flying formation team as they did their\u00a0annual\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.soledadmemorial.com\/news-events\/memorial-veterans-days\/\" target=\"_blank\">Mt. Soledad Veterans Memorial ceremony<\/a> fly-over in their Beechcraft T-34s. Unfortunately, this year they didn&#8217;t fly directly over my house and there were fewer planes, but I truly honor their commitment to this wonderful yearly tradition.<\/p>\n<p>Just the sound of the planes&#8217; props chopping through the San Diego skies is enough to send me rushing into the backyard to look. One of these days I will have to attend the ceremonies on Mt.
