Had an unscheduled lunch with three close friends, Rodrigo, Sylvia and Mary. We thoroughly enjoyed some of the best Chinese food anywhere, at Mandarin Canton<\/a> in Chula Vista. The three of us shared heaping plates of\u00a0Szechwan shrimp,\u00a0cashew chicken, and\u00a0salt and pepper chicken wings, and all three of which were extraordinarily good.<\/p>\n
