{"id":11068,"date":"2012-01-19T20:35:36","date_gmt":"2012-01-20T04:35:36","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.pacsworlds.com\/blogs\/?p=11068"},"modified":"2012-01-19T20:35:36","modified_gmt":"2012-01-20T04:35:36","slug":"balboa-park-meanderings","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.pacsworlds.com\/blogs\/2012\/01\/19\/balboa-park-meanderings\/","title":{"rendered":"Balboa Park Meanderings"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Continued my great day with some strolling around most of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.balboapark.org\/\" target=\"_blank\">Balboa Park<\/a>, from the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sdnhm.org\/\" target=\"_blank\">Natural History Museum<\/a>, across to the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sandiegohistory.org\/\" target=\"_blank\">San Diego History Center<\/a> with its library and archives, over to the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.balboapark.org\/press-photos\/balboa-parks-california-tower-san-diegos-icon\" target=\"_blank\">California Tower<\/a> by the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.balboapark.org\/in-the-park\/san-diego-museum-man\" target=\"_blank\">Museum of Man<\/a>, through <a href=\"http:\/\/www.balboapark.org\/in-the-park\/alcazar-garden\" target=\"_blank\">Alcazar Garden<\/a>, down to the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.balboapark.org\/in-the-park\/spreckels-organ-pavilion\" target=\"_blank\">Organ Pavilion<\/a>, over to the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sdmagyar.org\/\" target=\"_blank\">House of Hungary<\/a>, down to the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.balboapark.org\/in-the-park\/san-diego-hall-champions-sports-museum\" target=\"_blank\">Hall of Champions<\/a> for the end of a luncheon put on for Governor <a href=\"http:\/\/www.jerrybrown.org\/\" target=\"_blank\">Jerry Brown<\/a>, who I just missed seeing (did run into John T. Reilly, president of Seaworld San Diego again), and then back up again to the reflecting pool in front of the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.balboapark.org\/in-the-park\/botanical-building\" target=\"_blank\">Botanical Building<\/a>, passed the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sandiego.gov\/park-and-recreation\/parks\/balboa\/casadelpradopatiob.shtml\" target=\"_blank\">Casa del Prado<\/a> and over to the fountain by the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.balboapark.org\/in-the-park\/reuben-h-fleet-science-center\" target=\"_blank\">Science Center<\/a>.
