Met my terrific friend Lisa<\/a> at Ruby’s<\/a> in Mission Valley<\/a> this morning for breakfast. I ordered my two-day allotment of calories in one meal: the Cinnamon French Toast Combo. Delicious meal but I felt full the entire rest of the day. And it was worth totally it.<\/p>\n
